User agreement and service terms
By downloading, creating an account, or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1Parties and subject
Service provider: Berkan Çalıkoğlu (berkancalikoglu@outlook.com). Subject: receipt, warranty, and return-date tracking; local and optional cloud backup features.
2Account and usage rules
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- Account security (device access, linked accounts) is your responsibility.
- You may not use the app unlawfully or in ways that disrupt the service.
3User content
Content added without an account remains on your device. After sign-in, personal records are synchronized to your account; content added to a family space is shared with its members. You are responsible for uploaded content.
4Service scope
Receipt Keeper: Track Items is a personal organization tool. It does not provide legal advice. Warranty and return dates shown are informational; actual terms depend on the retailer or manufacturer.
5Fees and ads
The app is free, contains no ads, and has no in-app purchases. If this changes in the future, the app store listing and these terms will be updated before any charges apply.
6Intellectual property
App design, code, interface, and brand belong to the Service Provider. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or commercial reproduction is prohibited.
7Account deletion
You may delete your account from Account > Settings. This removes the account, personal cloud data, on-device records owned by that account, and memberships; a family space may remain when other members exist. See the account deletion page.
8Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. The Service Provider may change, suspend, or end the service. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or outcomes from third-party outages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
10Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights are reserved. Contact: berkancalikoglu@outlook.com
