Delete your account and data
1Delete in the app
- Open Receipt Keeper: Track Items, go to Profile, then tap the settings icon at the top right.
- Tap Delete account and cloud data.
- Read the warning and confirm. If you used Sign in with Apple, you may be asked to authenticate again.
2What is deleted?
Your Firebase Authentication account, personal cloud items and documents, and family membership are deleted. Shared items moved to or created in a family space stay available to other members; your display name and user ID are removed from those records. A family space is deleted when you are its only member; otherwise ownership is transferred to the earliest remaining member and your membership is removed.
On-device records owned by this account and cached shared-family records are also removed. Hidden local records owned by other accounts are not affected.
3If you cannot access the app
Email berkancalikoglu@outlook.com from or with the address associated with your account. We may request information needed to verify the account. Unless retention is legally required, data associated with the verified account will be deleted.
