2Overview

Receipt Keeper: Track Items does not show ads, use behavioral analytics or tracking SDKs, or sell personal data. It can be used locally without an account; cloud sync and family spaces are available only after sign-in.

3Data we process

Without an account, item names, dates, merchant, price, serial/model number, notes, photos, and documents are stored in the app's on-device area.

After sign-in, your email address, display name, account ID, and personal items are synchronized through Firebase. Items and documents added to a family space, plus member display names and roles, are shared with that space's members; member email addresses are not shown in the family space.

For security, authentication, and service operation, Firebase may automatically process technical data such as IP address, Firebase installation/app identifiers, SDK/version/platform information, and the invoked server-function name. This information is not used for advertising or user tracking.

4Permissions

• Camera & photo library: Used only to attach product or document images you select.
• Notifications: Used only to show warranty and return deadline reminders you set.

5Cloud sync and family spaces

Creating an account is optional. Once signed in, personal records are automatically synchronized in private account paths in Firestore and Cloud Storage. Moving existing personal items into a family space requires confirmation; every member can view, edit, and delete shared records. If a member leaves, shared records stay with the family and private copies of records originally added by that member are saved to their account. Firebase Authentication processes Google, Apple, or email/password sign-in data.

6Third-party services

Firebase/Google provides authentication, database, file storage, and server functions. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, that provider also processes the sign-in. Data may be processed outside your country under applicable transfer safeguards.

7Your rights

• Delete individual products from within the app at any time.
• Export all your data as a ZIP file to your device.
• Sign out or delete your account, associated cloud data, and on-device records owned by that account from Account > Settings.
• Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting berkancalikoglu@outlook.com.

Shared records moved to or created in a family space remain available to other members after account deletion; the deleted person's display name and user ID are removed from those records. See the account deletion page for the exact steps and scope.

8Children

Receipt Keeper: Track Items is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
